The Hamilton
Farmers' Market District Public Art Project.
Submission
Deadline: Friday November 29, 2013 at
3:00 PM
The City of Hamilton is seeking Artists and
Artist-Led Teams to submit proposals to create a permanent Public Art work to
be installed near the east entrance to the newly renovated Hamilton Farmers'
Market at the corner of MacNab Street and York Blvd. in downtown Hamilton.
Artists will be selected by a citizen.
Jury through a
two stage process involving a concept and preliminary design proposal followed
by the submission of a detailed proposal by selected Artists. Award: $75,000
Artists selected
to complete a Stage 2 submission will receive a $750 honorarium.

Blvd. Hamilton, Ontario.
Artists are
invited to visit the site and view a presentation on the adjudication process
and submission requirements. This is not
