Looking for donations/loans of artificial trees/shrubs

Peel Panto Players is looking for donations/loans of artificial trees/shrubs.  They will be used on stage in the production of The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe March 14, 15, 16, & 17. If you have some, please either let us know (joewrose@hotmail.com) or drop off at 115 Orenda Road Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00 to 9:00 or Sundays 1:00 to 3:00. Please be clear if donating or loaning. (don't want any mishaps!)

Perpetual Bazaar Garage Sale Fundraiser

September 8, 10AM .Perpetual Bazaar presents an IN-STORE Garage Sale fundraiser. 

Donations are being accepted in the form of craft supplies eg. wool, fabric, jewellery making, art paints,etc. or any re-usable small household items. Items can be dropped off at the store on 21 Queen Street W or call 905-453-5525 for pick up. 

We also need volunteers for the store and assisting at the summer market as well as new vendors.  Items must be hand-crafted and will be sold on consignment.

CALL FOR ARTISTS: Black History Month Art Exhibition

DEADLINE: Jan 31st, 2012. CALL FOR ARTISTS. The Black History Month Committee in University of Toronto Mississauga is having an art exhibition Feb 28th - 29th to showcase ethnicities associated with Black culture. BHMC is currently searching for artists who would like to either lease or donate their artwork toward this event. To resonate a sense of community, BHMC intends to feature artists that are resident to Brampton and show the culture present in cities neighbouring our campus. Donation of Used Musical Instruments

Express Your Music is a not for profit charity which uses the power of music to inspire and enrich the lives of youth. The foundation empowers youth from all cultural backgrounds and different walks of life, to express their creativity and generate positive change in their community through the gift of music. Express Your Music foundation targets youth 4 to 25 years old who have a keen interest in music. The foundation provides music lesson scholarships to needy youth from Peel Children’s Aid.

The foundation is seeking donations of musical instruments to provide to families who are unable to afford to buy instruments for their children. The foundation is currently accepting donations of guitars, bass guitars, drums and keyboards. Contact Andrea at (905) 487-1425 or email:
