Visit PAMA For Free

Borrow a PAMA Family Pass from your Local Library and Visit PAMA For FREE
BRAMPTON, ON. (July 4, 2013) – The Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) is even more accessible now through its partnership with the local Peel Region libraries. Starting this summer, residents can borrow a PAMA family pass from the Brampton Library and Caledon Library the same way they would borrow a book. Use the pass for free Family Admission to PAMA while you have it on loan and return it to the library when it’s due back.

“It’s important that residents have access to arts, culture and heritage sites in our community. We’re pleased to partner with our local libraries on this initiative and we hope that more residents will be able to enjoy PAMA with their families,” said Josie Premzell, Supervisor of Development and Visitor Services, PAMA.

Family admission to PAMA includes admission for up to two adults and up to five children or students.

Visitors to PAMA can enjoy:
  • Museum and art gallery exhibitions
  • Drop-in family workshops and programs (free with admission every Saturday and Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m.)
  • General tours (free with admission Thursday evenings at 7 p.m.)
  • And more

Visit pama.peelregion.ca for programming and tour schedules, operating hours and the latest information on PAMA’s current exhibitions.

For more information on the PAMA family pass library program visit the Brampton Library website (bramptonlibrary.ca), Caledon Public Library website (caledon.library.on.ca) or the PAMA website (pama.peelregion.ca).

PAMA is a place to explore and learn about Peel’s culture and heritage, as well as use conversation, questions and stories to help make new and fascinating connections to the surrounding community. Throughout the year, PAMA offers family-friendly activities and a variety of workshops and programs for all ages. Operated by the Region of Peel, PAMA is located at 9 Wellington St. E. in Brampton.
