Call for Artists



The 3rd Annual Port Stanley & Regional Art Fair is accepting registration to participate from visual artists from around Ontario. Original art and one-of-a-kind pieces are preferred in all media including painting, mixed media, sculpture, photography, textile art, and glass art.
This is an annual event with proceeds going to children's art mentoring programs in Elgin County.
Dates of the Fair: Sept 21 & 22nd, 2013 Location: 191 Carlow Road, Port Stanley Ont
Fair times: 11-5 each day. No cost admission for the public and  parking
Participation fees: 1-day $50; 2-day $90. Hydro is included in the fee.
We have a capacity for 30 artists each with 10x10' booths, we are currently at 60% capacity.

Stitches Across Time

May 27 - Aug 21 - The Dufferin County Museum and Archives is presenting a national, juried exhibition of contemporary textile and fibre art inspired by pieces from the museum's textile collection.

In conjunction with the show we will be featuring a series of four lectures, all start at 2pm in the historic Corbetton Church on the Museum grounds, corner of Highwy 89 and Airport Rd. Tickets $ 15 and includes refreshments and admission into the Museum.
